Shipment mode and lead time
The delivery service is carried out by express courier GLS. The package will be delivered to the courier within twenty-four hours following receipt of the order only in case of payment with Paypal. In case of payment by bank transfer the shipment will be carried out only at the time of the receipt of the bank itself. If you have reservations about the courier service BRT please contact us by email or telephone in order to agree the ways and the additional costs for the requested service.
In order to be able to trace the shipment, you will be provided at the time of purchase a link with which you will have access to the service track and trace of BRT. In order to avoid costs of additional shipping, it is recommended to group items in a single order. If this is not the case for each order will be applied the relevant shipping charges.
The timing of delivery to Italy are 1-3 working days.
The timing of delivery to Europe are 3-10 working days.
The timing of delivery to countries outside Europe are 15-20 working days.
Shipping costs for ITALY
The standard cost for consignments in Italy, including islands, is 5 euro.
For orders over 100 euro shipping is free.
Shipping costs for EUROPE
Products that are to be delivered outside of the European Union will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Your order may then be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying any such local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, as these are not included in the price of the products. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from the courier or an import broker. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to placing your order..
